Phase 1	Phase 1 of Data Collection, capped at 20k users. Build the foundational dataset. Synthesize, refine, and begin marketing the dataset.	Q4 2024 / Q1 2025
Phase 2	Refine Data Tokenomics and deploy a second phase to refine the dataset. Deploy Data Access Portal, requiring payment in $MIND for access. $MIND to be remitted to community treasury to fuel further phases.	Q2 2025
Future Phases	Deploy additional $MIND to further enrich the dataset and support building AI tools using the data.	Q3 2025
