# How does it work?

Community members earn $MIND each week by completing a MIND Report. A MIND report is based on the [Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS)](https://novopsych.com.au/assessments/formulation/positive-and-negative-affect-schedule-panas/), a scientific approach to measuring human mood. 

Community members can access the summary data at any time, and can use $MIND to access deeper insights or data. 

The goal is to expand the dataset beyond PANAS and to create the worlds largest collection of wellness and health data for users of the New Internet.
